- Maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation.
- Kitchen Operations:

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Support the Chef de Partie in supervising junior kitchen staff.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with the Chef de Partie, other kitchen staff, and the wider restaurant team.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
